TRAINING FUTURE FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHERS AS INNOVATIVE UPBRINGING WORK MANAGERS (BASED ON THE COMPETENCE APPROACH, INDEX OF SATISFACTION AND PROFESSIOGRAM)

The paper investigates the training future foreign language teachers as innovative upbringing work managers based on competence approach, index of satisfaction and professiogram in context Ukrainian higher education reforming. research questions whether are satisfied with at pedagogical universities pragmatically competent it, what reasons their dissatisfaction are. authors developed blocks indicators that characterize level for activity, including a questionnaire related to determining work. self-esteem 148 students (2-3 study years) Faculty Foreign Philology Hryhorii Skovoroda University Pereiaslav showed majority respondents (85%) expressed faculty University; 15% indifference dissatisfaction, giving thought about that, which could be incompetency it not involving absence interest motivation (because old methods, forms approaches etc.). On ground results research, defined modern teacher manager work, grounding key competences required European teacher. Moreover 5 main designing program (based professiogram) were identified as: necessity quality improving by way reforming it; need raising students’ educational process, profession general; new demand competences; changing role into curricular extracurricular process school, according work; transform one, time period. this pre experimental stage will allow forming teachers’ readiness an
